Committee Objectives

1. Review and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding any ethics charges brought before the committee, according to the process outlined in Chapter II of the SDMS Bylaws.
2. Develop an Ethics Committee policies and procedures manual which delineates the process of handling an ethics complaint.
