SDMS Presidential Scholarship

The SDMS Presidential Scholarship is the Educational Foundation’s most prestigious award and honors the Past Presidents of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. This $1500 scholarship is awarded annually to a student who displays a clearly defined high level of excellence in academics, as well as the drive that epitomizes the ultrasound professional. The deadline for the SDMS Presidential Scholarship is July 31 of each year. Applications and supporting documentation must be received by the Foundation on or before the deadline date.

As with the General scholarships and the Trudy Dubinsky Memorial Scholarship, you will need these items to apply:

1. the completed application
2. completed Need Analysis Form
3. SAR letter (Canadian students would substitute their prior year’s tax return.)
4. ACT/SAT scores or Official Transcripts
