The SDMS has reserved a special room rate of $180 for a single or double occupancy, plus tax, per night for conference attendees. To take advantage of this special rate you must use the SDMS Booking Codes identified above and make your reservations by September 1, 2008. Foxwoods Cancellation Policy: Reservations which are cancelled later than 6:00pm on the scheduled day of arrival will incur a charge of one night's room rate and tax.
Airport Shuttle Service: Shuttle service will be provided, for a fee of $50 each way, between Foxwoods and both Warwick's T.F. Green airport (PVD) and Harford's Bradley airport (BDL). You are responsible for making your own shuttle reservations. You must make a reservation in order to use the shuttle service. Space is limited, book early. Airport Information: Hartford's Bradley airport is approximately 61 miles (approximately an hour and 15 minute drive) from Foxwoods Resort Casino. Cab fare from Bradley airport to Foxwoods is $150. Warwick's T.F. Green airport (in Providence, RI) is approximately 43 miles (approximately a 45 minute drive) from Foxwoods Resort Casino. Cab fare is approximately $100.
