Exhibit Booth Assignment

• Exhibit booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Assignments will be based on availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate first choices; priority will be given to the SDMS Corporate/Business/Institutional (CBI) members, sponsors and last year’s exhibitors.
• A 50% deposit is required with application.
• All applications and payment in full must be received by July 11, 2012.
• Notification of booth assignments will be communicated as applications are processed.

Every attendee receives a copy of the on-site Program & Exhibit Guide. The on-site Program & Exhibit Guide is the essential reference for the conference programs and events. This year, the on-site Program & Exhibit Guide will contain complete course listings, a daily planner, attendee listing, exhibitor listing, exhibit hall floor plan and a generous section for notes, making it indispensable!

The SDMS Annual Conference Daily newspaper is a huge hit with conference attendees. It features articles about SDMS Annual Conference speakers, Exhibit Hall hours, room changes, and daily events. The “Daily” is a must-read for all conference participants! Discounts are available when purchasing multiple day advertising.

This list can be used to send pre-show postcards or flyers inviting attendees to stop by your booth. A pre-show mailer is a great way to promote booth giveaways. Attendee List contains mailing address only, SDMS does not disclose email addresses.

$350 Pre and Post-Conference Attendee Lists*

For a discounted price you can purchase both lists allowing your company two chances to get your products and services in front of potential customers in the sonography industry. Attendee List contains mailing address only, SDMS does not disclose email addresses.

$200 Exhibit Hall “Prospect” Card Spot

Purchase a spot on the SDMS Exhibit Hall “Prospect Card.” Conference attendees will be “prospecting” their way around to each booth on the card to collect stamps. Once all stamps are attained, the attendee can enter his/her card in a drawing for the Grand Prize. This year’s Grand Prize is an exciting getaway for two people. The Grand Prize includes airfare, hotel and transfers. The drawing for the Grand Prize will be held at the final networking break on Saturday, Sept. 24 at 3:45 pm at the sponsoring exhibitor’s booth in the Exhibit Hall. SDMS provides two self-inking stamps per 10’ x 10’ booth to each participating exhibitor.

$1,500 Tote Bag Insert

Attendees receive a tote bag to carry conference materials and exhibitor information. Your company insert will be distributed to all attendees in the tote bags. Your company is responsible for providing the insert for each tote bag.
