Request an Attendee Mailing List

Each exhibiting company* (not one per booth) may request one copy of each of the 2012 SDMS Annual Conference attendee mailing lists. Your use of the attendee mailing list must comply with the SDMS guidelines for membership mailings (click here for more information). This includes the requirement that all mail pieces must be approved by SDMS prior to release of the mailing list. The SDMS does not release member email addresses nor telephone numbers.

Available Lists

Exhibitors may request a single pre-conference or a single post-conference mailing list (or both for a discounted price). The pre-conference list will be available mid-September, 2012 and will include all registrants who registered on or before the early-bird registration deadline. The post-conference list will be available after October 30, 2012 and will include all registrants.

Format Available

The 2012 SDMS Annual Conference Attendee mailing list is available only in a digital format (delivered via email). The file will be in comma-delimited, ASCII format. This format is suitable for use by most mail services and for "mail-merge" in software such as Microsoft Word.

Steps to Request a List

Step 1. Review the SDMS guidelines for membership mailing lists
Step 2. Complete, sign and submit the 2012 SDMS Annual Conference Registrant Mailing List Agreement to SDMS Meetings Department via mail or fax
Step 3. Submit your mail piece for approval to Amy Westerman via mail or fax. The mail piece should be submitted as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving the list.
