How to Become an Exhibitor

The SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall mirrors the on-site Exhibit Hall...you must be a registered exhibitor for the SDMS Annual Conference to receive space in the SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall. But the Virtual Exhibit Hall goes beyond the conference dates...it's available on the SDMS web site from July 1 through December 31...making it easy for our members to locate you when they need you!

Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Assignments will be based on availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate first choices; priority is given to the SDMS Corporate/Business/Institution members.
