SDMS Online Membership Application

The SDMS Online Membership System uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect the information being displayed and submitted via a web browser.

NOTE: Student (STU) and Advanced Practice Sonographer (APS) applications cannot be completed online because of written documentation that must be provided. For these applications, please go to http://www.sdms.org/membership/apply.asp#print
