Shoulder Horizontal Abduction
- Anchor middle of rubber tubing with the Thera-Loop® to the door jam. Before pulling, make sure loop is secure
- Hold tubing with both hands, arms straight in front of you
- Bend elbows and pull elbows straight backward, pinching your shoulder blades together
- Keep upper arm parallel to floor
- Hold 3 seconds and slowly relax
- Start with 5 and work up to 30 repetitions; 1 X per day
