If you need to cancel, you must notify the SDMS in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Cancelling via the cancellation link in the registration email that you received from Zoom is not sufficient and could jeopardize your ability to receive a refund.
Virtual Event Refund Policy:
- Notice of cancellation 48 or more hours prior to start of the virtual event: 100% refund
- Notice of cancellation after 48 hours prior to start of the virtual event: 50% refund
- Notice of cancellation after start of the virtual event: non-refundable
