After careful consideration of the circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the SDMS has made the decision to hold the 2020 SDMS Annual Conference as a virtual event.
This was not an easy decision to make. The conference is the highlight of our year and we know that our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors look forward to it with great anticipation. However, by reimagining the 2020 SDMS Annual Conference as a virtual event, we are able to provide you with the opportunity to learn from sonography experts while protecting your health and the health of your loved ones.
The 2020 SDMS Annual Conference – Virtual Edition will take place September 25 – 27. The conference will start at 1:00pm Central on Friday, the 25th and wrap up on Sunday, the 27th at 4:00pm Central. The conference will include a virtual SDMS & SDMS Foundation Awards Presentation and a keynote by Joan Baker, MSR, RDMS, RDCS, FSDMS, the founder of the SDMS. Additionally, I am pleased to announce that in celebration of the SDMS 50th anniversary, registration for the 2020 SDMS Annual Conference – Virtual Edition will be free for SDMS members. The SDMS exists solely because of you. Please consider this our heartfelt thank you for your unwavering support over the last 50 years.
