A Virtual Conference Experience Designed for Sonographers
After the 2020 SDMS Annual Conference was forced to go virtual, the SDMS received overwhelming positive feedback about the virtual format as well as the need for an annual virtual event. You told us that you loved learning from sonography experts, networking with your peers, and earning SDMS CME credit without travel expenses or spending time away from your families.
You asked, we listened, and based on your feedback we created the SDMS Virtual Conference. Held in the spring, the SDMS Virtual Conference is a travel-free, online-only learning experience that enables sonographers, sonography students, and physicians from around the world to network and learn. In addition to earning SDMS CME credits, the educational program provides attendees with knowledge and skills in new sonographic techniques, diagnostic accuracy, enhancements of sonographic instrumentation, and practice management strategies.
In 2021, the SDMS Virtual Conference will be held April 23 – 25 and is $89 for SDMS members and $189 for non-members. The SDMS Conference Management Committee has created a robust agenda packed with SDMS CME credits designed for sonographers and you can earn up to 12 SDMS CME credits.
I would like to thank the many volunteers who made this event possible and I look forward to seeing you online!
