If you need to cancel, you must notify the SDMS in writing by emailing email@example.com. Note: Cancelling via the cancellation link in the registration email that you received from Zoom is not sufficient and could jeopardize your ability to receive a refund.
Virtual Conference Refund Policy:
- Notice of cancellation 48 or more hours prior to start of the virtual conference: 100% refund
- Notice of cancellation after 48 hours prior to start of the virtual conference: 50% refund
- Notice of cancellation after start of the virtual conference: non-refundable
