Offer SDMS CME Credits

Ability to Engage Sonographers and Other Users of Ultrasound through CME Credit Offerings: Give sonographers and other users of ultrasound a reason to interact with your organization by offering continuing medical education (CME) credits.
SDMS CME Credits Accepted by National Certification Organizations: SDMS CME credits are accepted by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), and Sonography Canada.
Automatic Transfer of SDMS CME Credits to ARDMS, ARRT, and CCI for SDMS Members: SDMS members enjoy the convenience of their earned SDMS CME credits automatically transferring to the ARDMS, ARRT, and CCI through the SDMS CME Tracker. NOTE: Transmission of SDMS CME credit activities to CCI is temporarily paused due to a system transition within CCI. Transmission is expected to resume in late 2025 or early 2026. In the meantime, SDMS members may manually submit their CME certificates to CCI as needed.
On Demand Access to Participant CME Rosters and Certificates: Streamline record-keeping and easily generate certificates as needed with unrestricted access to participant rosters.

To be eligible for SDMS CME credit consideration as a SDMS CME Provider, the submitted activity must be directly related to sonographers or other users of ultrasound’s professional responsibilities, clinical practice, patient care and education, or practice management.
