Voting is now open through July 7 for the 2023 SDMS Elections. It is important that you vote to ensure diverse voices and perspectives are represented in the SDMS’ leadership. By participating in elections, you contribute to shaping the direction of the SDMS.
To gain helpful insights into each candidate, you can review their respective candidate statements and information on the ballot before voting.
The 10 open positions for the 2023 SDMS Elections are:
- President-Elect
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Director, three open positions on the SDMS Board of Directors
- Member, three positions on the SDMS Nominating Committee
- Member, one position on the SDMS Finance Committee
Elected members of the SDMS Board of Directors also serve on the SDMS Foundation Board of Directors.

Important - You will need your SDMS member number to login to the voting system. You can find your SDMS member number at the top of “Profile Home” in your “My Profile” on sdms.org. After locating your SDMS member number, use the “Cast Your Vote” button above to access the voting system.
