Exhibitor Instructions

This area of the SDMS website allows exhibitors to manage the information which will appear in the SDMS Annual Conference On-Site Program and the SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall. You can also add, edit, or delete badges for any staff that will be attending the SDMS Annual Conference.

SDMS has provided each exhibitor with a unique pass code (12 characters) which will provide you only with access to your company's information.

Edit Exhibitor Information

Some basic information about your company has been prefilled (based on information provided in your application). You may edit this information at any time. Please note that the information listed will be used in both the SDMS Annual Conference On-Site Program and the SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall. However, because of on-site program production schedules, any changes made after August 2 will appear only in the Virtual Exhibit Hall.

Request Registrant Mailing List

Exhibiting companies may purchase a 2010 Pre- or Post- Conference registrant mailing list to send promotional materials to conference registrants. An exhibiting company may purchase either a pre-conference or post-conference mailing list for $200 (or both lists for $350). The use of the mailing list is subject to specific requirements (click here for details). The SDMS does not release member email addresses nor telephone numbers.

Exhibitor Complimentary Three-Day Annual Conference Registration

Each exhibitor receives one complimentary three-day conference registration per 10' x 10' booth (does not include Pre-Conference Tutorials). The complimentary three-day registration form will be available in May.

SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall

The SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall mirrors the on-site Exhibit Hall...you must be a registered exhibitor for the SDMS Annual Conference to receive space in the SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall. But the SDMS Virtual Exhibit Hall goes beyond the conference dates...it's available on the SDMS web site through December 31...making it easy for our members to locate you when they need you!
