SDMS CME Tracker
The American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) mails 'audit' letters to randomly selected registrants asking the registrant to provide evidence of their completed required CME credits. The SDMS CME Tracker transcript is accepted by the ARDMS as proof of completion of the required CME.
|
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you also completed CME credits from another source, such evidence will also need to be submitted to the ARDMS (note that you must send all documentation as one 'packet' - incomplete audits will be returned or could result in loss of your credential(s)).
Do NOT send individual certificates or the SDMS CME Tracker transcript to the ARDMS unless you are being audited. They will be thrown away!

How SDMS CME Tracker Works
- Successfully complete any of our SDMS-approved activities (ie: JDMS CME tests, SDMS Webinar Series, and SDMS Annual Conference)
- Your SDMS CME credits are then automatically recorded and your personalized CME transcript will be available on the SDMS website.
- When notified by ARDMS that you are being audited, simply print your personalized CME transcript from the SDMS website and submit it with any other required documentation to the ARDMS.
SDMS members do not need to register for participation in the SDMS CME Tracker program (but you must provide your ARDMS registry number). Click here to see if we have the number on file.
Note: SDMS CME credits are only tracked after you become a SDMS member and start completing SDMS-approved activities. Any CME credit received before you were a SDMS member will not be tracked on the SDMS CME Tracker.
