SDMS CME Tracker
|
IMPORTANT NOTE: Effective January 10, 2006, the ARDMS will no longer accept electronically submitted or individual certificates from CME activities. Beginning March 1, 2007, the ARDMS will be sending 'audit' letters to randomly selected registrants asking the registrant to provide evidence of their completion of the required CME credits. The SDMS CME Tracker transcript will be accepted by the ARDMS as proof of completion of the required CME. If you also completed CME credits from another source, such evidence will also need to be submitted to the ARDMS (note that you must send all documentation as one 'packet' - incomplete audits will be returned or could result in loss of your credential(s).
Do NOT send individual certificates or the SDMS CME Tracker transcript to the ARDMS unless you are being audited. They will be thrown away!

How CME Tracker Works
Beginning January 1, 2006:
- Successfully complete any of our SDMS-sponsored activities (ie: JDMS CME tests, Annual Conference)
- Your SDMS CME credits are automatically recorded and a personalized CME transcript is available on the SDMS website.
- When notified by ARDMS that you are being audited, print personalized CME transcript from the SDMS website and submit it with any other required documentation to the ARDMS.
SDMS members do not need to register for participation in the CME Tracker program (but you must provide your ARDMS registry number). Click here to see if we have the number on file.
For more information, please contact the SDMS Membership Department at membership@sdms.org.
