Refund Policy

Products

The Society provides quality products and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all its products (except computer products which may be returned for exchange only). Products and all components of the product (i.e., CME tests) must be returned in original, unused condition. For example, clothing must not have been worn or washed. Processing fees for CME products (i.e., JDMS CME, videos, etc.) and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment. A member can choose to have an overpayment applied to future membership renewals or toward the purchase of SDMS products.

SDMS Insurance Programs

Payments for any of the SDMS insurance programs are non-refundable except as provided by your policy. Please refer to your policy for further information.

CME Applications

Processing fees for applications for SDMS continuing medical education (CME) credit are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment.

Sponsorships and Donations

Sponsorships and donations to the SDMS or the SDMS Educational Foundation are non-refundable.
