Held virtually at year end, SDMS CME Crunch Week enables attendees to crush their year-end CME goals. Attendees can interact with speakers and other attendees while earning SDMS CME credit.

Reach sonography professionals during SDMS CME Crunch Week through advertising opportunities designed to increase your organization’s visibility and engage attendees throughout the event.

Advertising

Session Break Ad ($350 per day | $1,250 for all 5 days)
Feature your organization during a session break with a 1–2-minute video advertisement. Organizations purchasing the full week package will receive placement across all five available advertising days.

Live Polling Question ($750 per day | $2,500 for all 5 days)
Engage attendees in real time with a custom polling question featured during your selected day or across all five days using Zoom’s built in polling tool. The poll will appear directly on attendees’ screens and may include a multiple choice or single choice question. Responses are anonymous, and SDMS will provide the collected polling results following the event. Polling participation is voluntary, and response totals will vary based on attendee participation.

All advertising opportunities are subject to availability and SDMS approval. Advertising content and polling questions are subject to review and approval by SDMS. SDMS reserves the right to determine the scheduling and placement of all advertisements and polling questions.

SDMS Virtual Event Sponsorship Policies

SDMS Virtual Event partnership and sponsorship opportunities are available for SDMS members and those vendors who promote and support the sonography community.

Contract/Payment

Once an SDMS Virtual Event partnership or sponsorship is requested (written or verbal), execution of the agreement and payment are required immediately unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Failure to submit payment accordingly will result in the loss of the partnership or sponsorship.

Partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated within the agreement.

Terms/Benefits

Contract terms and benefits will be implemented as specified in the agreement.

Right of First Refusal

Current SDMS partners and sponsors will be given the right of first refusal for future opportunities. Partners and sponsors will be contacted within 90 days of their current agreement end date to continue their partnership or sponsorship for the following year. Any opportunities not claimed by the deadline provided by SDMS staff will be available for purchase via the SDMS Prospectus.
