Crunch Week - Event Partnership

Held virtually in early December, SDMS CME Crunch Week enables attendees to crush their year-end CME goals. Attendees can interact with speakers and other attendees while earning SDMS CME credit.

Partner with the SDMS and provide a speaker and content for one day of SDMS CME Crunch Week (two presentations). Email the SDMS Events team to customize your partnership and participation for SDMS CME Crunch Week.

All partners will receive a copy of their recorded content. Details regarding the use of the recorded content will be outlined in the partnership agreement.

SDMS Virtual Event partnership and sponsorship opportunities are available for SDMS members and those vendors who promote and support the sonography community.

Contract/Payment

Once an SDMS Virtual Event partnership or sponsorship is requested (written or verbal), execution of the agreement and payment are required immediately unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Failure to submit payment accordingly will result in the loss of the partnership or sponsorship.

Partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated within the agreement.

Terms/Benefits

Contract terms and benefits will be implemented as specified in the agreement.

Right of First Refusal

Current SDMS partners and sponsors will be given the right of first refusal for future opportunities. Partners and sponsors will be contacted within 90 days of their current agreement end date to continue their partnership or sponsorship for the following year. Any opportunities not claimed by the deadline provided by SDMS staff will be available for purchase via the SDMS Prospectus.
