Give conference attendees an opportunity to interact with your equipment and software by sponsoring a popular hands-on scanning session at the 2023 SDMS Annual Conference. To be eligible to host a Hands-On Scanning Workshop, your organization must be an exhibitor or sponsor of the 2023 SDMS Annual Conference.
The designated meeting room can normally hold 748 individuals with a theater style set up or 432 individuals with a classroom style set up, with audio-visual equipment. Final capacity will depend on your company’s preferred room setup with equipment for scanning.
SDMS CME Credit Offering (optional):
The workshop must consist of a minimum 30-minute didactic component (structured lessons that focus on lectures) with the remaining time dedicated to all participants having the opportunity to scan. No more than 10% of the workshop can be equipment- or commercial entity-specific. The company will be responsible for completing a “lecture single-offering” application through the SDMS CME Management System (application fees will be waived) to issue SDMS CME credit to attendees.
