Addison, Texas - The Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) and the SDMS Foundation are proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 SDMS Foundation scholarships. The scholarships recognize academic achievement and a commitment to the sonography profession.

Kaci Moritz received a 2026 Sonography Student Scholarship. She is enrolled in the ultrasound and vascular technology certificate program at the University of Kansas School of Health Professions and is expected to graduate in May 2027.

Alishia Jacobs received a 2026 Sonography Student Scholarship. She is enrolled in the diagnostic medical sonography associate degree program at Dallas College and is expected to graduate in December 2026.

Rachael Sullivan, BS, RDMS, RVT, received the 2026 Sonography Advanced Degree Scholarship. She is pursuing her advanced degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia and is expected to graduate in December 2027.

“These scholarships recognize the recipients’ dedication to sonography and their commitment to advancing patient care,” said Christy Davis, SDMS Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. “We are proud to support Kaci, Alishia, and Rachael as they continue their academic and professional journeys.”
