SDMS Annual Conference sponsorship opportunities are available for SDMS members and those vendors who promote and support the sonography community.
Contract/Payment
Once an SDMS Annual Conference sponsorship is requested (written or verbal), execution of the agreement and payment are required immediately unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Failure to submit payment accordingly will result in the loss of the sponsorship.
Sponsorships and advertising are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated within the agreement.
Terms
Contract terms and benefits will be implemented as specified in the agreement.
Right of First Refusal
Current SDMS sponsors have the right of first refusal for future sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors will be notified within 90 days of Annual Conference sponsorships becoming publicly available to renew their sponsorship for the following year. Any unclaimed opportunities after the provided deadline will be made available for purchase through the SDMS Prospectus.
